JD-reverse-engineered tracks
Every syllabus block is mapped to a live Indian JD — IQVIA, TCS, Razorpay, Zerodha, Swiggy, ISRO vendors. The JD is the blueprint, not the brochure.
Public trust layer
Every graded artifact is rubric-scored, QR-anchored and recruiter-auditable. The ledger is public, de-identified by default and candidate-controlled.
Bharat distribution
Counsellor lanes in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada and Malayalam. Tier-2/3 first — partnered with State Skill Missions.
Recruiter pull, not push
Recruiters post a JD and the system surfaces the graded artifacts that already exist. They browse evidence, not résumés. Candidates pay nothing.
Salary floor promise
Published median offer per track × city, updated live. If a deployed graduate's first offer is below the floor, we refund the difference. The floor is the proof.
An open protocol
Rubric schema, verification format and embed SDK are open. Other institutes can plug in. Arzon becomes the protocol — not just a provider.

For every track in every city we publish the median first offer from the last four cohorts. If a deployed graduate’s offer comes in below that floor, we refund the difference. The floor is the proof — no testimonials required.
